Fête des Restos 2017
RestoMontreal presents the second edition of La Fête des Restos. Taking place on one of the Old Port’s most beautiful terraces, this event will showcase Montreal’s diverse and phenomenal food culture. There will be 12 delicious stands to visit hosted by Montreal’s finest dining establishments.

June 8th - 18th
This phenomenal public art festival will be in its 5th year and will be featuring renowned artists from around the globe. St. Laurent will be buzzing with live mural art, live music, art exhibitions, conferences, an art fair, and a wide variety of artistic programming. These 11 days will be full of inspiration and wonder, so make sure you check out the action.
Grand Prix Montreal
June 9th - 11th
If you haven’t experience Montreal during Grand Prix, hold onto your hat because it’s a wild ride. This is far more than just the Formula 1 races, it is a city-wide party. People come from all around the world to celebrate Grand Prix week in Montreal. If you actually head out to the race track, I can promise you will have a blast, but if you don’t make it, you can enjoy the various restaurant, bars, and clubs around Montreal that hold next level events.

Mondial De La Bière Mtl 2017

Here we have what has come to be known as the most important beer festival in America. Celebrating Montreal’s thriving beer community, this is a festival all beer lovers should attend. If you’re in it to learn, there are tons of workshops and talks to attend, if you’re in it to drink, there’s SO much beer to be enjoyed.

Lebanese Festival 2017
2965 Souvenir, Laval
Prepare yourself for amazing food, fun activities, and non-stop entertainment! Laval’s Lebanese festival celebrates the vast Lebanese community in Montreal and invites everyone to participate and enjoy for 3 great days. Between the main stage and the kiosks, you couldn’t get bored if you tried.

Montreal Jazz Fest
June 28th - July 8th
During the Montreal Jazz festival, countless events take place around the city and things get a whole lot groovier. This year’s lineup includes: Men Without Hats, Aliocha, Kandance Springs, Joey Bada$$, The Bar Brothers, Gipsy Kings, and that’s just the beginning. Check out the lineup, and get those tickets fast!

Piknic Électronik MTL #8
Though we are aware that Piknic is a weekly occurrence throughout the summer in Montreal, we’d like to shout out to this one in particular because Cassy, DJ Tazz, and Adam Solomon will be taking the stage. This is a lineup you simply can’t miss! Cassy was born in England and raised in Australia, she’s got an unbeatable sound that’s a perfect combo of techno and soul that you could listen to all day long. Don’t miss this one, it’s going to be epic.

Lil Jon & Brody Jenner at Beachclub
Thought it’s pretty difficult to select a Beachclub event to shout out to, this one is pretty epic. We all know a day at Beachclub will be great no matter the performer, but we’re lucky because they’ve literally never brought in a bad act. If you want to chill with Brody Jenner or get down on the dance floor to Lil Jon, you should probably attend this event. Get your tickets!
Just For Laughs
July 12th - 31st
I’m going to go ahead and assume you’ve heard of JFL? The city blows up with hilarious events and the comedy never stops during JFL days. The festival brings in huge names as well as amateurs for a roster of shows that everyone can enjoy. The shows range in price (there are even some free ones) so there’s no excuse not to check at least one out!

Fantasia International Film Festival
July 13th - August 2nd

Film lovers rejoice! Fantasia is back for it’s 21st year. This Montreal festival is recognized as the largest of its kind in North America and is one of the country’s most popular film festivals. The films cover a large rang of genres and influences, so there is most certainly something for everyone. Trust us, you’ll be glad you went!
August 4th - 6th
Who would we be if we didn’t mention Osheaga? This year’s lineup is pretty fantastic, but we’ll let you decide for yourself: The Weekend, Muse, Lorde, Major Lazer, Foster The People, MGMT, The Shins, Milky Chance, Angel Olsen, Father John Misty, and SO much more. Honestly, you’ve got to go.
August 11th -12th
Another one of Montreal’s claims to fame in the electronic music scene, this festival is the perfect way to dance the day(s) away at one of Montreal most beautiful parks. The lineup has yet to be announce, be we know we’re in for a treat judging by the past couple of years! Stay tuned!
In celebration of Montreal’s 375 birthday, this incredible event will bring people from near and far. They will be hosting a free show which will showcase artists from Montreal’s three symphony orchestras for a moving a memorable musical experience. Celebrating creativity and culture with a massive outdoor event in the heart of Montreal, this excellent event brings together the elite of Montreal’s fashion scene as well as special guests from around the world. You can expect fashion shows, live creative sessions, design showcasing and musical performances. Ladies and gents, MUTEK is in its 18th year! Part of the official programming of Montreal’s 375th anniversary, this outstanding collection of electronic music and events is something everyone should experience at least once. Imagine a beautiful day (or days) spent eating some of Montreal’s best food, drinking Montreal’s finest beverages, listening to incredible music, and mingling with great people.
